The Bears received a fantastic boost to their fundraising efforts with a donation from the  Morrisons Foundation.  The Bears are fundraising to purchase specialist wheelchairs for their junior members, and hopefully we will be able to enter a junior team into the Lord Taverners’ Junior League in the future.  Coach Tom Masterson received the cheque from local staff at the Morrisons store in Solihull.

“This is a fantastic donation by Morrisons, which helps us on the way to setting up a junior team in the club.  It will also give local children the opportunity to play wheelchair basketball with specialist equipment as well” said Coach Masterson after been presented with the cheque.
