Bears 2 added to an amazing day with a comprehensive win against Shock 2.  From the tip off the bears were always in control with a strong defence that limited Shock to shooting from way outside the Bears Key.  At the offensive end Bears dominated the Shock’s key with Rick Powell and Neil Bunting using their height advantage to great use. Liz Grinnell and Aimee Hillson adding to the Bears score, saw the Bears finish a winning day for both Bears teams.  The result put Bears in 4th spot in their first year in this division.  After the game Coach Masterson said”  Great win by the Bears 2 today to follow on from the first teams win.  As the season has gone on we have got better and better, with the ladies from our women’s team really coming on this season.  Also with Rick Powell available for more games and the addition of Neal Bunting we really have a strong team.”
